You can submit your data also via IPF, k.o. user portal.

License application forms for events with phonograms (e.g. music) (firefighters' parties, celebrations, concerts, dance events, events with DJs, freshman parties, St. Martin feasts, fairs, sports events, etc.) must be submitted prior to the event. In case of timely application, in addition to complying with your legal obligations, you may also be entitled to receive a license fee discount.

Complete the form and send it to the following e-address: prireditve@ipf.si or postal address: IPF, k.o., Argentinska ulica 17, 1000 Ljubljana. You can apply for the license also via IPF, k.o. user portal.

The form should be submitted no later than 15 days after the event and must include all data necessary for the license fee calculation in addition to the list of all the phonograms used at the event.
